Dispatch
Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are packed and handed to Royal Mail the same day. Anything after that, or at a weekend or bank holiday, goes on the next working day.
You will get two emails: one confirming the order straight away, and one with a tracking number when the parcel is scanned into the network.
If something goes wrong
Royal Mail does not treat a UK parcel as lost until it is ten working days overdue, so we cannot open a claim before then — but tell us as soon as you are worried and we will chase it and keep you posted.
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before you unpack anything and email the photos to hello@mieskincare.com. We will replace it.
If the address was wrong and the parcel comes back to us, we will re-send it once free of charge.
